Blessed Day Bambú Nation!

The Bambú Station Band, it's families and MSW Management would like to thank all who came out to the recent shows spanning the oceans from the Virgin Islands to Hawaii. The appreciation flowed both ways as many fans came forward to express their love and excitement for the band and the band obliged performing many beloved hits and new tunes that audiences went crazy for for well over two hours each show.

The audiences' response to tunes like Bonded Together, Walk Ur Mile and Leaning On Afreeka are all indications that their forthcoming album will gather the same reaction and success as their previous releases. From their first show at the Love City Live Festival in St. John, VI to their last at the Hawaii Reggae and Agricultural Fair in Hilo, Hawai i, the audiences craved more and showered big love on the humble band that is Bambú Station.

Give thanks to WSTA 1340am, the people's Station and the Homegrown Show for hosting the bands live on air acoustic performance that introduced Bambú Station's live power to many heads in the VI and Puerto Rico over the radio waves. Many thanks to q103 in Maui, 98.5 Island FM in Oahu, Sahra Indio and staff, The Dub Shack, Dynamic Clothing, Casanova's, Acklee Media, Reef Broadcasting and Vybes FM for their support.

That which is Bambú Station is rising amongst the masses and we are all witnesses to their greatness. We thank you again and look forward to tomorrow.

Injoy the behind the scenes exclusives on their official youtube channel BAMBULife and get real time info regarding jam sessions after shows, sunrise gatherings and everything Bambú by signing up on their twitter page. It doesn't hurt to be in touch with what you love. Let's stay in touch by any means necessary, it's just a click away.

Stay tuned. Stay involved.

New Recording Studio

Bambú Station opened it's new recording studio GriotLife in St. Thomas, VI. The band is completing work on its new album there and also started work on other projects that will showcase and introduce VI talent to the world as they did with Mt. Nebo Records.

Band leader & producer Jalani Horton says, "At this time...it was a blessed opportunity for us to take a good break from life on the road and spend more time at home in the VI with our children, family, and communities. And naturally we had to build a space to work and record. GriotLife represents the life we live...artists living and playing music with a conviction, through all sacrifices, to tell truth...tell history...to face honesty and overs fully what our role is, our goals are, what success is to us...for what we care about...what we defend. We are griots and we live Rockers To The Bone! Our music remains natural."

Bambú Station released the new single "How Tings Ah Go" and is looking forward to touring in the Spring and Summer in support of the new album. New projects already planned in the studio are with Reemah, Rafijah Siano, a various artists album and a special band album that is heavy heavy under wraps for its content and direction.

In all, this is great news for the Roots Reggae industry as one of the best production teams are coming forward with new energy and talent.
